COVID-19 POLICIES

In accordance with current Pennsylvania Department of Health requirements, our event policy is as follows:  

MASKS

The Pennsylvania Department of Health recommends that for the protection of themselves and others, individuals who have not yet been vaccinated or are partially vaccinated are still encouraged to wear a mask when in public. For our event, masks are encouraged but NOT mandated.

VACCINES / TESTING

You, and anyone accompanying you in your party, are required to provide ONE of the following:

Proof of your vaccination record (vaccination card or picture of your card with a matching ID card), demonstrating you were fully vaccinated at least two weeks in advance of the day of show, OR proof of a negative COVID test, administered within 72 hours of the day of show, with matching ID card.

If you are unable to attend a show due to a positive Covid-19 test, please reach out to DLHORN16@GMAIL.COM and we will help facilitate a full refund. 

The Lords New Church and Circle “D” Productions have taken enhanced measures to protect the health and safety of our guests. There remains, however, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims relating to such exposure against The Lords New Church, Circle “D” Productions, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks, and agree to release, discharge, and not bring suit against such entities arising from or relating to such exposure.

If you are experiencing any of the following COVID-19 related symptoms, we ask that you not attend the concert:  Fever or chills • Cough • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing • Fatigue • Muscle or body aches • Headache • New loss of taste or smell • Sore throat • Congestion or runny nose • Nausea or vomiting • Diarrhea
