About the Performers
Dwayne Haggins is a singer-songwriter who combines extraordinary musicianship with powerful vocals. He has been described as “the love child of Marvin Gaye and Doc Watson.” and “The John Legend of Rockabilly.” He has performed at the Portsmouth Music Hall and Prescott Park in Portsmouth, NH; and the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in Hampton, NH; sharing the stage with acts such as Chris Lane, Suzanne Santo, and Fitz and the Tantrums. He was signed to Verdict Music in November of 2021 and his Verdict debut LP is expected in the Spring of 2022. For more info visit his Website
Canadian Folk Music Award nominees The Bombadils bring together bluegrass, Celtic, and singer-songwriter traditions with front-porch style and classical grace. Their lyrics are rife with poetry, scene-setting details, and clever turns of phrase, framed by dynamic arrangements, adventurous instrumental passages, and heavenly vocal harmony interlace. Canadian arts journalist Bob Mersereau describes their music as “folk tunes done with musical adventure and sophistication” and Elmore Magazine calls it “an enchanting folk romp.” For more info visit their Website
