The Other Sessions: Todd Sheaffer
Terrapin Productions in association with The Other Magazine Present
Todd Sheaffer
Solo Acoustic Performance
August 16, 2025
Todd Sheaffer is a singer-songwriter and guitarist best known as the frontman of Railroad Earth and the earlier roots-rock band From Good Homes. Hailing from New Jersey, Sheaffer blends folk, rock, and bluegrass influences, earning acclaim for his heartfelt songwriting and distinctive voice. After From Good Homes gained traction in the 1990s with their “Hick-Pop” sound, Sheaffer co-founded Railroad Earth in 2001, helping shape the band’s improvisational, Americana-driven style. He remains an influential figure in the jam and roots music scenes, continuing to tour and record with both bands.
Where sophisticated cannabis lifestyle meets exceptional artistry
As The Other, we believe that cannabis culture deserves the same sophistication afforded to wine and culinary arts. “The Other Sessions” is the next evolution of that vision. This intimate concert series brings together exceptional artists and discerning cannabis enthusiasts, creating space for experiences that celebrate both musical artistry and the sophistication of modern cannabis culture.
This inaugural performance features Todd Sheaffer in an intimate solo acoustic setting—where his legendary songwriting and musicianship can truly shine. It’s an evening that honors both the music and the culture, presented in a setting worthy of both.
